Eat Yourself Slim!

Is it really possible to lose the weight and maintain a gorgeous figure while at the same time enjoying your food, or do you just have to starve yourself to fit into that pair of skinny jeans?For years I believed you had to choose one or the other,choose food and you watch your wasteline widen, choose your figure and give up your tasty dinners! But I think its absolutely possible to have both!!
Food is a very important part of us, not only does it nourish us physically, it does so socially too as thats the one thing thats sure to pull in the crowds!Its fun to share, it makes us happy and we sure look foward to whats on the menu no matter where we go! Imagine a house where food is banned, they wont buy it, wont cook it and wont allow anyone to bring it - would you want to visit? Or a party, a work place or any social gathering where food is an absolute no..no! Cant bring it in or cant buy it there-would you still choose to spend your whole day there?I think food has had a lot of bad press lately and its almost as if we need to push it out of our lives to be happy, but I dont think so! Perhaps a better understanding of how our body intepretes different food and whats in the food would help us make informed decisions when it comes to exactly what to munch, when and how to do it.A better "relationship" with our beloved tasties is what we need to keep enjoying them as we ought to!What if we could take a closer look, make our own versions of them at home and experiment a little?Wont you agree that we wont have to necessarily give them up?
